The website provides general corporate, property, market and interior-design information. Content is not legal, financial, tax, investment, engineering, planning or other professional advice. Obtain independent advice appropriate to your circumstances before acting.

No content creates a fiduciary, advisory, agency, partnership or client relationship between you and Vencos, Mo Ane Design Sdn Bhd or another person.

3. Property information, availability and approvals

Project names, locations, concepts, artist impressions, photographs, layouts, areas, dimensions, specifications, facilities, prices, availability, launch dates and completion targets may be preliminary, indicative or subject to change. Images may include artistic interpretation, styling, furniture, landscaping or surroundings not included in a sale.

Nothing on this website is an offer, invitation, booking, reservation, warranty or representation to sell or purchase property. Registration of interest only asks us to contact you with updates; it does not secure a unit or create a purchase obligation.

Before purchasing, review the current developer’s licence, Advertising Permit and Developer’s Licence (APDL) where applicable, approved advertising material, title particulars, approved plans, sale and purchase agreement and other official documents. If website content conflicts with an executed agreement or approved document, the executed agreement or approved document prevails.

4. Enquiries and electronic communications

An enquiry button may open your email application or WhatsApp with pre-filled text. Check the recipient and message before sending. Email and messaging services are operated by third parties and have their own terms and privacy practices.

Mo Ane Design Sdn Bhd is an interior-design subsidiary under Vencos Group and handles its own consultations, quotations, appointments and project terms. A link or referral does not create an appointment or bind either company.
